Bakersfield Community Theatre depends on volunteers not only as performers, but for all the other tasks necessary to run California’s oldest continuously operating community theatre.
From backstage to box office, costumes to carpentry, marketing to merchandising - every volunteer helps us towards our mission of cultivating a community and creating theatrical experiences as an artistic outlet. Join us to make new friends, learn new skills, and become an important part of keeping BCT going.
